Information we collect

The audit collects business-level estimates about services, commercial work, team size, quotes, completed jobs, missed enquiries and data readiness. At the final step it also asks for your company, name, role and work email, with phone and website left optional.

We do not ask for customer names, customer contact lists, quote documents or data exports in the first audit.

Why we use it

We use required audit information to calculate and provide your report, save and deliver your request, prevent duplicate submissions, respond to you, assess whether a Revenue Recovery Review is appropriate, protect the form from abuse and maintain service security.

We only use your details for optional future guidance when you actively select the separate marketing consent box. You can withdraw that choice at any time by replying to a message you receive from Thermic Systems.

Service providers and international processing

We may use vetted providers for website hosting, database storage, form protection, workflow delivery, email and scheduling. These providers process information only to deliver those services. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions.

Storage and retention

Unfinished audit answers from steps one to four may be kept in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not lose progress. Contact details, email and phone are not written to local or session storage by the audit. Saved progress is cleared after a successful submission.

Submitted information is stored in the website’s protected database before delivery to the approved workflow. It is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Use the contact route in any email or booking correspondence from Thermic Systems to make a privacy request.

Analytics and campaign information

The audit emits product events such as page view, step completion, result type, printing and booking clicks without attaching form answers or personal contact data. Standard campaign parameters in the page address may be included with the submission to understand how the request reached Thermic Systems.
